Verdict

SICUR is going the right way on the evidence of his short-head defeat at Doncaster last month. That looked good enough form to land an ordinary maiden and Luca Cumani's colt can make his experience tell against a couple of dangerous looking newcomers. Sadiq, a half-brother to dual winner Staff Sergeant, is one of those and Berkeley Street can also boast three winning relatives as he makes his racecourse debut. Autun showed his inexperience with a tardy start on his introduction at Newmarket and will improve for that while Tallaay is preferred to stablemate Train Hard.
