This is no easier than the previous division. Prince Of Passion has been well beaten on Turf either side of a win on the Fibresand while Ambitious Icarus finished a bit closer at this track last time but one win in 27 starts tempers enthusiasm. Key Ambition made the frame over track and trip last time without looking like catching the winner, though he did have Reginald Claude and a below-par Colourbearer behind. DEEPEST BLUE has yet to win but the three-year-old ran a decent race in a higher grade sprint at Ripon last time and gets the token vote to open his account.
