Verdict

GIDWA (NAP) won at Southwell and Kempton at the start of the year and hasn’t been beaten far on Turf the last twice. He continues to edge up the weights but is the obvious one in this ahead of Applaud Now, raised 2lb for finishing second at Windsor. Miss Britain could make no impact at York last time but is back in the right grade here and makes more appeal than Baileys Liberty, who is now tried in cheekpieces.
