There are plenty with live claims as one would expect but the nominal shortlist of three comprises SOUNDS OF THUNDER, Rezwaan and Lost Cause. Rodrigo De Freitas was well backed at Windsor and finished close up, Gracelightening has shown more than enough to be of interest as have Spinning Spirit and Turf Trivia who looks sure to be suited by the longer trip. Lost Cause looks sure to be popular with Dettori in the plate and Roger Charlton's charge looked to be crying out for this trip when a staying on fourth at Kempton on his nursery bow. Rezwaan has made the frame on both starts in nurseries and has been given every chance by the handicapper to open his account and should go close again. Pullyourfingerout is 7lbs higher than when winning at Leicester but the rise in the weights and forecast slower ground may enable the fifth home, Sounds Of Thunder, to reverse the form. The race has thrown up plenty of winners so the form looks solid whilst Harry Dunlop's filly shaped as though she was in need of the step up to this sort of trip and parts of her pedigree suggest that she may find further improvement for encountering some ease in the ground and Sounds Of Thunder looks ready to rumble.
