HORSERADISH sets a clear standard and should be able to cock a snoop at some exposed rivals with newcomers Gojeri and Silk Street perhaps the biggest threats. Mind you, the market suggested that that was also the case at Southwell where Michael Bell's colt met with an ignominious defeat at odds of 4-11, so there has to be a degree of caution. However he should be suited by the return to racing on turf and sets the standard. Diman Waters has shown ability in two starts and isn't dismissed out of hand whilst Zelos Spirit may only have been a cheap purchase but she's related to plenty of winners and is well worth a market check. The market will also be useful in assessing the chances of Gojeri and Silk Street although the latter's pedigree suggests that he may not come into his own until tackling a longer trip but both do make some appeal in a modest race. Horseradish sets the standard though and can make it third time lucky.
