In depth

Verdict

Another tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading fancies but the main protagonists look to be Coombe Centenary,Sharp N Frosty and Inn For The Dancer and the tentative vote is given to Coombe Centenary. The selection was a fair fifth behind Ifit in a better race last time out. This looks easier and despite top weight he is taken to score with this slightly shorter trip in his favour.Sharp N Frosty rates the main danger on his latest fifth behind Native Jane but he did not look an easy ride on that occasion and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. Inn For The Dancer is another worthy of respect as he was closest at the finish when finishing in the rook behind Resplendent Prince last time this longer trip is sure to suit and he could go well at a price. Honour High showed a modicum of ability last season in three runs and enters handicaps on a lenient mark so is another to note in the market but in a race that throws up more questions than answers for the winner we return to Coombe Centenary.
