Ixelles Diamond got off the mark at the eighth time of asking over 7f at Warwick earlier this month and should be in the firing-line here if coping with a further step up in distance. Space Walker was just touched off at Warwick on the same day over this trip and will be fancied to go one better while Kempton third Bayunah is getting closer. High Master only found one too good over 1m2f at Kempton on his reappearance but then disappointed when favourite at Goodwood and is tried in blinkers here. RAINBOW ROCK lacks a recent run but showed promise in better contests in his first season and should have grown up a bit over the winter. Mark Johnston's son Of Rock Of Gibraltar has the potential to be a bit better than most of these, though official ratings suggest only Notts So Blue is out of his depth.
