      Verdict

      The Otmoor Poet has had 21 starts on the flat and over hurdles without winning and the sequence looks like continuing. Mark Johnston runs two with JUST WAIT looking the much more likely of the pair to win this. She found soft ground to her liking when scoring over 1m4f at Hamilton and the half-sister to Group 2 winner Universal will take some beating with much more to come. Via Delle Volte couldn't get past Beer With The Boys over 1m4f at Pontefract but she has a stamina-packed pedigree and looks a real threat in receipt of 7lb.The selection's stable companion Lord Of The Pace never got going at Pontefract last week and will need much more here.
