In depth

Verdict

Iresine bids to repeat last year’s victory in this and looked as good as ever when winning the Prix Ganay here in April with PLACE DU CARROUSEL behind. But Andre Fabre has kept his powder dry with last year’s Prix de l’Opera winner and brought her back to form with a Group 3 win at Deauville last month. She can land this before heading to the Arc. 2022 German Derby winner Sammarco looks best of the remaining trio.
