Rossclare, Easibet Dot Net and Dalawan are the three for the shortlist with Rossclare taken to come out on top. Dalawan has been placed on four of his nine starts, including his last outing here when finishing third. He is a consistent type but lacks a finishing kick, and his best form is on softer ground and also has an absence of two and a half months to overcome and is passed over. Rated 68 on the Flat and a winner at Ayr a year ago on the level, Easibet Dot Net is unexposed over hurdles having raced only twice. He ran with credit last time, only weakening in the closing stages in a decent novice hurdle here. Rossclare is more exposed but his two most recent efforts have been very encouraging, only a fortnight ago, shrugging off an eleven month lay off when chasing home Ballyhurry here. He was staying on at the finish so the extra half mile may help, and Rossclare is taken to lose his maiden tag.
