      Verdict

      Denise Foster has started to raid more frequently in recent weeks and appears to have found a gilt-edged opportunity for HOMME D'UN SOIR to land a second success over timber. He has finished runner-up twice since landing a Down Royal maiden hurdle and was only just run out of things last time at Hexham behind The Wrekin. He should prove more than good enough. Home Fire looks the only realistic danger barring accidents after posting a pleasing debut display in a decent Ayr bumper at the Scottish National meeting and now makes his hurdling bow. The remainder have yet to display any form of note.
