A very competitive handicap though Kajaki is difficult to recommend on his two runs here last month and Dear Sire has been out of sorts while Constantine Bay returns from a very long absence. Caius Marcius came right back to form at Market Rasen but doesn’t really handle give in the ground. Shetland Bus arrives on a hat-trick and Pammi has proved a revelation over 3m here recently but Bellaney Gem has run 10 times in handicap company and never won. DAKOTA BEAT was left with an easy task when market rival Mr Jackman ran out at the first here last month but was still impressive and may have more to offer.
