Verdict

LEGAL HISTORY (NAP) has shot up the weights but David Pipe’s four-year-old remains in fine form and the merit of his latest second at Plumpton was boosted when the winner went on to finish a close-up fourth in the Swinton Hurdle at Haydock. Fisher Green took a step back in the right direction when only beaten half-a-length at Hexham but Strong Team hasn’t raced since beaten by recent course and distance runner-up An Fear Ciuin on similar terms at Kelso in October. Sleepy Haven is tried in a visor but this looks a little too hot for Wot A Shot.
