In depth

Verdict

A runner-up in both starts in March, first-time headgear did the trick for AHEADFULLOFDREAMS over course and distance last week when returning an easy winner. The cheekpieces remain in place and he can defy a penalty. Cheque En Blanc’s earlier success at Fontwell came in testing ground and it was soft going when I See You Well won here back in January. Both have been beaten since while Twenty Twenty won a novice chase over these fences earlier in the year and steps up in trip.
