Verdict
A wide open affair rounds off proceedings. Dancing Bay is taken to finally break his maiden tag over hurdles. The gelding from the Nicky Henderrson yard was in good form on the flat throughout the summer, and he was unlucky not to win his second hurdling start at Fontwell. The six-year old had every chance when slipping on landing at the last. Keltic Bard rates the main danger he finished eighth in a listed hurdle at Ascot last time out and this rates a major drop in class. Sossus Vlei would have a chance on his best form but he has failed to progress on his debut effort. Hanseat is a winner in Germany and it will be interesting to see how he fares in the market. Be My Destiny showed improved form when second behind His Nibs last time out but he is bred to be seen to even better effect over a longer trip. Its Wallace Jnr won well at Wincanton on his debut but this is much more competitive.
