    Verdict

A small but competitive field goes to post for this Handicap Chase, and none of the six runners can be ruled out but we will take a chance on Repunzel. The selection ran well behind Get The Point at Towcester last month, and as that was her first run of the season she is sure to come on for that outing. With conditions in her favour here she looks sure to go well. River Slave fell on his seasonal reappearance but showed a fair level of form last season and is a game sort who relishes a battle. He has failed to complete on each of his last two starts so the percentage call is to oppose him. Angel Delight will be suited by the drop in trip and she often travels well in her races, but then doesn't find much off the bridle. Copper Shell was well beaten on his seasonal reappearance but is respected on the pick of his form from last season, while Broguestown Breeze ran well on this track back in October, but could find it tough going here as he prefers faster ground. Con Tricks is capable of going well fresh so can't be discounted, but we are happy to side with Repunzel.
