Verdict
Blaise Wood has some experience and can make it tell against newcomers Lord Of The Sea and Livia. Although Blaise Wood has not set the world alight as of yet, he should have learnt from his two outings over timber to date, his most recent effort being a fourth to Wilfred at Bangor nine days ago. It would not do to row in too heavily with so many newcomers in the line-up but he gets the vote. Lord Of The Sea, from last year's winning yard, finished well down the field on the Flat at Goodwood a week ago and so maybe the switch will revitalise him, while Livia, another disappointing sort on the level, has the assistance of Joe Tizzard and has shaped as though this sort of trip would suit. The market should be watched as regards the others, and in a weak affair, a small interest in Blaise Wood might be the answer.
