Verdict
A poor contest where we won't dwell too long and we'll take ALEEMDAR to get the better of Patsy Bee and Master T. The selection is unlucky in going up the handicap without winning for some time, but in four starts since a lengthy period off the track he has finished runner-up on three occasions, to show more consistency than anything else in the race. This trip and fast ground suit and we will take him to run his race again and that can be good enough. Patsy Bee has got close as the summer has worn on and his handicap mark has reduced, and he has not been far away at Market Rasen on a couple of occasions. He is unproven on ground as quick as this and looks best watched here. Fast ground definitely suits Master T, who has lost his way somewhat since scoring in a 2m 4f chase here in October 2006. He is well below that winning mark now so is not out of it on that basis, though his recent form has not been red hot. Mad Professor is respected as a fast ground flat winner in July, though this trip might be a bit short for him, while the ground may just be too quick for Fair Dual, and Aleemdar is taken to score.
