Verdict

After three days of racing at Ayr there may be some sore heads around so tread carefully but preference in the opener is for SCENIC PASS ahead of Bold Account and Count Paris. Favourites have taken the last six runnings of this race so the market may well have its say, however we will side with the hat-trick seeking Scenic Pass. Formerly with Mick Channon, the colt was claimed by Ed McMahon after beating Nchike at Redcar. A winner since over this course and distance, slamming Digit by seven lengths, it is hard to take him on at present. Count Paris is improving and showed a good attitude to hold on last time, whilst Bold Account should live up to his name as he chases the hat-trick. He was very impressive last time and on a form line through Nchike is a major major player. Watch the market with regard to Go Go Green and Doric Echo, whilst Ollie Pears has a 43% strike-rate with his juveniles this year. A tough heat and narrow preference is for Scenic Pass.
