Verdict

Coole Well made all over the minimum trip here early last month and though unable to cope with On The Slopes at Fontwell on Boxing Day the winner has run well subsequently. THIRD WIND came here for his hurdling debut and gained a surprise-but-convincing victory. He couldn't quite cope with his penalty when beaten by a promising type on a return visit and can get back to winning ways under the champion. None of the remainder make any appeal as though Hook Lane Roobee made a successful racecourse debut in a bumper here he's shown no aptitude for hurdling in his two runs to date.
