Verdict

I SEE YOU WELL won easily over fences here last month and was travelling strongly when falling on a return visit earlier this month. He reverts to hurdles on a 9lb lower mark and a test of stamina should play to his strengths. He just gets the nod over Whitley Neill, who made a successful hurdling debut over 2m2f at Exeter last April and has continued to perform well at a higher level. He showed that this trip won't be a problem with a very good run over an extended 2m7f at Chepstow and looks certain to go well. Ruby Yeats showed her first sign of form for some time over the course and distance a fortnight ago but will need a bit more while Sizing Cusimano and Volcano fought out a tremendous battle at Uttoxeter, though both have been well beaten subsequently.
