KLASSICAL DREAM loves it here and has won this for the past two years. He was a long way behind Sire Du Berlais when Gordon Elliott's charge completed a brilliant Cheltenham/Aintree double but this is his track and trip. The latter was beaten 33 lengths behind stablemate Teahupoo in a Fairyhouse Grade 1 in December when the selection was just a neck behind the winner so there should be little between the pair here. Monkfish, a Grade 1 winner over hurdles and fences at Cheltenham, was returning from two years off when half-a-length behind Asterion Forlonge in a Fairyhouse Grade 2 earlier this month.
Ashdale Bob (IRE) 25-1 (11-10) Wore hood to post, off the pace in 4th, closer in 3rd before 3 out until on long run before next, struggling for pace when not much room on inside after 2 out, soon weakened and pulled up before the last, at Cheltenham 3m (1) sft in Mar.
Asterion Forlonge (FR) 11-8fav (11-3) Tracked leader, close 4th halfway, headway travelling well early straight and led 2 out, pushed along approaching last, ridden and kept on well run-in, won at Fairyhouse 2m 4f (1) Yielding - Soft in Apr beating Monkfish (11-3) by 1/2l, 6 ran.
Klassical Dream (FR) 15-2 (11-10) Held up off the pace in 6th, weakened before 2 out, tailed off, 9th of 11, 34l behind Sire Du Berlais (11-10) at Cheltenham 3m (1) sft in Mar.

Summerville Boy (IRE) 4-1 (11-0) Led, joined briefly 2 out, pushed along and 1 length advantage approaching last, kept on well run-in, won at Thurles 2m 7f sft in Mar beating Asterion Forlonge (11-0) by 4 1/2l, 5 ran.
