Several three-year-olds take on their elders and one of those, NUITS ST GEORGES (NAP), can come out on top. He was third over 1m4f on soft going at Doncaster in April and second over a mile on a similar surface at Sandown last year so will enjoy conditions. Harbour Pilot has been placed twice recently over a mile on ground with some give and he’s out of a mare who was placed over this trip so should last home. Blue Medici improved on his fourth behind Alfred Richardson at Wetherby when second at Ayr and Fire Leopard arrives off the back of a win at Thirsk. Quoteline Direct beat Alfred Richardson at Pontefract but couldn’t follow up at Hamilton and Global Style is proving expensive to follow.
