In depth

Verdict

This is a tricky contest to end the card and we will give a tentative vote to Kabis Amigos, with Primo Gold and Westcourt Dream also expected to run well. Dandy Nicholls is wasting no time with the well handicapped Kabis Amigos. The former Henry Cecil has been brought along quietly by the handicap king and took advantage of a lowered mark when beating Motu at Catterick just five days ago. There could be plenty more to come from this son of Nashwan and he looks the best option. Westcourt Dream has been knocking on the door recently and looks sure to run his race again, although he cannot be considered for win purposes until he drops a few more pounds. Primo Gold is of more interest. Walter Swinburn's charge improved with racing as a juvenile and made a very promising return to the track when a close up third to Logsdail. There could be any amount of improvement to come and he hold solid each-way claims. Bolton Hall is another to consider for the places but our idea of the winner is Kabis Amigos.
