Verdict
STONIFIC looks worth another chance back at this level. He struggled in Class 2 company over 2m4f at Goodwood last time but had completed a double over today’s trip before that and beat Billy No Mates at Beverley in the process. Winning hurdler Weather Front will be sharper for a recent outing at Haydock but Frankenstella was a disappointment at Pontefract on her handicap debut. Land Of Winter returns to action with a shout and Sassie won a tougher contest at York last season but hasn’t been at her best so far this year.
