In depth

Verdict

Whiteandgold showed the benefit of her debut at Beverley with a fine effort behind Lomu at Hamilton and further progress looks assured. HOPE AGAINST HOPE attracted good support on her opening run at Newmarket where she ran well enough then probably came up against a smart opponent at Carlisle. The remainder were well beaten and she can go one better. Bourbonisto made a very encouraging debut at Doncaster then missed the break completely when tried over 6f at Hamilton while the very speedily-bred Mary Brady should have pace to burn and is an interesting newcomer.
