        Verdict

        LITTLE SWIFT (NAP) was only headed close home by what looked a promising newcomer at Newbury. The pair pulled clear of their rivals and David Simcock's filly should go one better today. Lady Argentum disappointed when joint favourite at Thirsk while Black Diamond Girl may do better when going handicapping but Anushka Noo Noo showed promise over track and trip on debut, despite missing the break, and Fast Cat will be worth a market check with her yard in great form.
