In depth

Verdict

William Haggas, who boasts an excellent strike-rate here, looks to have found another decent chance for the much-improved EASTERN CHARM. She's now landed four of her last five and handles testing conditions so can defy a penalty for last week's smooth Sandown success. Mister Sox remains a maiden after eight starts but ran much better last time off a falling mark and could prove dangerous if in the same form here. Starshot, Global Crisis and Purnika all need to improve but Violeta has a chance on the pick of her form.
