A tricky looking maiden handicap. Spirit of Zebedee’s third at Ayr doesn’t look that strong form-wise and the same could be said of Dalalah’s effort at Doncaster, where she made the frame but was left behind by the winner and runner-up. Silver Sands would be in with a chance based on his run at Redcar in May, but he’s failed to reproduce that level of performance since, so preference is for the relatively lightly-raced three-year-old DANCE ALONE. He was just edged out over course and distance a fortnight ago and that looks the best form on offer here.
