Verdict

Sir Michael Stoute takes time out from Royal Ascot to send course and distance winner Russian Heroine to Yorkshire as the filly looks to follow-up a decisive victory here a fortnight ago. Interestingly, the Invincible Spirit filly has been the master trainer's only winner here from 11 runners in the past five years but should go close to doubling that tally. However, RED TYCOON (NAP) appeals as a sprinter very much on the upgrade on the back of an excellent effort when just inched out by the progressive Don't Touch at Haydock. He can return to winning ways. Among Angels is respected, Little Palaver should run his usual game race but Clouds Rest ran a shocker last time and George Dryden could do with help from the handicapper.
