        In depth

        Verdict

        Bernie's Beau,Sofinella and Active Audience are three against the field in this wide open affair and the tentative vote is given to Bernie's Beau. The selection was a fair 12th in a much better race behind Wake Up Maggie last time out. This looks easier and from a good draw she looks the one to be on. Sofinella rates the main danger on her debut third behind Viva Volta. That form has since been franked and she will not be far away. Active Audience is another that could go well on her latest third behind Quadrophenia but she gave the impression she would be suited by a longer trip on that occasion and for that reason is opposed. Cuddly Toy hails from a yard in good form and being a half-sister to winning sprinter Harrison's Flyer she should be noted in the market. Of the remainder Dora's Green is another that has shown a modicum of ability but needs to improve again to win this and for the winner we return to Bernie's Beau.
