In depth

Verdict

A wide open contest rounds off the card and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Adantino, Val de Maal and Bold Haze and the vote is given to Adantino. The selection was a good third behind Desert Opal last time out and off the same mark here he will be hard to beat. Val De Maal rates the main danger on his latest second behind Polar Force but his best efforts have come with more cut in the ground and for that reason he is opposed. Bold Haze is another worthy of respect on his latest fourth behind Borderlescot but that form has since been let down and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Linda Green is game and consistent and is sure to run her race but she looks vulnerable to a less exposed type. Of the remainder Marshallspark has dropped to a handy mark and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Adantino.
