Mel Brittain has his string in good nick which augurs well here for GOWER SOPHIA, who went close over this trip on fast ground at Beverley last week and is taken to go one better in what is a similarly mediocre event. Another to consider is Reel Credit Crunch, who is a Reel Buddy filly from the in-form David Evans yard. She ran a pleasing debut at Wolverhampton recently and can show a bit more here. Sheka looks to have improvement in her and has a bit of experience at this track upon which to draw, so she could also again get involved. Of the debutants Prettiest Star is taken to show up the best, but in a race to watch we'll put up Gower Sophia as the selection.
