Verdict
You could make cases out for four of these in Tizzy's Law, Piccolo Prince, Game Flora and Princess Galadriel, and we will side with the last of that quartet to score. Princess Galadriel is appreciated the conditions when running on strongly to score last time out at Yarmouth, and now she has got it right there could be more up her sleeve. Admittedly a 7lb penalty is a bit of a worry, but with none of the others in the best of form she may well be good enough to follow up. Tizzy's Law won a soft ground maiden over five furlongs at Thirsk last month, but then weakened inside the final furlong over this trip last time. Faster ground will help her to get home, but the undulations here won't help and she is passed over. Game Flora has a chance of making the frame, but she has suffered with a penalty and a further 1lb rise after landing a heavy ground contest at Nottingham. She hasn't shown her best form on faster ground yet and so although a good run is anticipated she will do well to win. Of the remainder, Piccolo Prince makes some appeal. The Piccolo gelding has shown some form at least on good to firm, acts at this trip and can be thereabouts off this current mark, but we will stick with Princess Galadriel to follow up.
