In depth

Verdict

Port Sunlight looked one to follow this season when comfortably landing a Gowran maiden on testing ground in October but ran moderately on quicker going over this trip in Listed company at Navan last month. MAX MAYHEM didn't quite get the run of the race on his return to action at Cork but wasn't beaten far in what looked a strong maiden so he can go one better. Star Official still looked green when runner-up on the latter track but should be ready for this but this looks a bit short for Scrum Half. Vera Verto landed a soft-ground maiden at Gowran before finding Listed company too much for her at Navan.
