      Verdict

      VIOLET LASHES was flying too high in Listed company at Navan last time and that run didn't prove conclusively that she stays this far. Her breeding suggests the trip shouldn't be a problem, however, and her experience should give her the edge of Ger Lyons' newcomer Munro Bagger, who was a cheap buy and is sprint-bred. Dougal Philps hinted at ability at Dundalk in December but is another for whom this distance may prove too far.
