        Verdict

        Sound Of Cannons won in soft going at Haydock before struggling in the Royal Lodge while Andrew Balding sends over Sandown novice winner Via De Vega. Aidan O’Brien runs three but Mythical came up short in Group 3 company over today’s trip at Newmarket last time and Arthur’s Kingdom and Celtic High King are maiden winners. But this can go to one of the home challengers with Listed winner Pao Alto preferred to stablemate Thunderspeed and Mkfancy though THE SUMMIT makes most appeal. Henri-Alex Pantall’s colt was beaten less than a length in a Group 3 contest in testing ground over 1m1f at Chantilly last month and the form looks solid enough with the fourth having subsequently won a Listed race.
