Though it was good to soft going when Burgonet won at Leicester last time, she’d scored on a quicker surface at Newmarket previously and it would be no surprise to see Mark Johnston’s filly complete her hat-trick. She is conceding weight to her three rivals, however, and Fabulous Red has run well enough in two starts this year while Sweet Charity got off the mark tackling this trip at Leicester. LAST ENCHANTMENT ran well behind Time Change over course and distance two runs ago and can be excused her latest run in Listed company. Back in a handicap, she may be the pick of the weights.
