In depth

Verdict

Those with racecourse experience inspire little confidence and a chance is taken on the newcomer CRYSTAL ROSE. Related to three winners including the useful Libran, Eve Johnson-Houghton's filly may prove good enough and is preferred to fellow debutant Josh Perry. The Juggler has been competing in better races over a mile at Newmarket and represents last year's winning yard while Beauchamp Monark posted a much better effort at Wolverhampton and debuts on Turf today. Sunscape and Hermarna look likely improvers.
