    Verdict

SIXTY was largely ignored in the betting on his debut at Goodwood but he delivered a performance that was seemingly above expectations and he can put that previous experience to good use on this occasion. Richard Hughes presumably had the choice of the Hannon pair and Pat Dobbs rides Silver Ranger. A beaten favourite at York and Leicester on his first two starts, it remains to be seen as to whether the champion jockey has made the right call. Arc Cara ran green on debut though he finished in the manner of a horse that would come on for the experience. Dutch Connection holds a couple of fancy entries and may be better for more time. Markaz was easy to back on introduction while Ghost Cat is watched in the market for any signs of confidence.
