Verdict

None can be dismissed out of hand in a competitive handicap but LITIGIOUS is taken to remain unbeaten. She defied a penalty to score in soft ground at Chester last time and there should be more to come from John Gosden’s filly now handicapping. Mannaal bids for a hat-trick having won in this grade at Goodwood, with Thimbleweed behind, and can go close again while Sea of Faith was beaten only a neck at Newbury on her handicap bow and should also be in the mix. Happy Hiker drops in class after struggling in Listed company and may get involved but both Tribal Craft and Katiesheidinlis have something to prove at this level.
