Verdict

Gabrial The Duke hasn't been raised in the weights after gaining his fifth career success in a claimer at Leicester a couple of weeks ago but this is tougher. April Ciel has won four times at around this sort of level but could have done without a 2lb rise for finishing second at Chepstow. Medal Of Valour's second place at Goodwood came in a seller while Nubar Boy is basically a plater these days and is better on Polytrack. Both of Miss Blakeney's victories have been over 1m4f and she hasn't run since December while Red Dragon's three victories have all been on Polytrack. PRECISION FIVE fly-jumped the start at Bath last time but won on fast ground there in September from a higher mark and is handed the vote in a moderate contest.
