In depth

Verdict

KING ROBERT finally showed some improvement for a slide down the weights when fourth over track and trip. Indian Raj finished behind the latter on that occasion though won here last year and may finish closer today while Seneca Chief landed a double over the minimum trip on the all-weather before beaten over 6f last time. Q Twenty Boy has been thereabouts in lower grade races at Bath but both Giovanni Tiepolo and Lorna Cole have struggled since scoring at Windsor last month.
