    Verdict

The drop back to this trip will really suit Lady Darshaan but it's a worry that she only has a sole Windsor win to her name and so we will plump for the improving filly DECORATIVE ahead of Marie De Medici. The last-named is not ignored given that she drops in grade but she has a penalty to carry for her Newmarket Listed win in May and that makes life tough. Instead then we prefer the Michael Jarvis-trained Decorative, unbeaten in two starts to date. She despatched of Bintalwaadi at Nottingham with little difficulty and although this is a step up in class this first foal of a half-sister to Forgotten Voice is expected to improve further and win again. Bella Swan's Aviate run in April reads well and she has plenty of experience at this level but her Warwick run behind Seta leaves her with a bit to find, although this track should suit better. Virginia Hall was ahead of her on that occasion and she looks the most interesting of the pair, whilst Totally Ours (well-held behind Marie De Medici when last seen) and Srda both have plenty to find. Fontley is an improving handicapper who runs the track exceedingly well but it must be said that if she wins then this won't go down as the best renewal given her rating of 88, and so we are happy to return to Decorative as the selection.
