Verdict

Havana Beat is out of form but Repeater produced his best run for a while when third in last week's Northumberland Plate, though a line through fourth Noble Silk leaves him closely matched with the less-exposed Nearly Caught. Earth Amber's second in the Sagaro Stakes at Ascot in April gives her a chance and the versatile Domination was very impressive over an extra half-mile in the Ascot Stakes and will be fancied to follow up. WHIPLASH WILLIE definitely got the trip when third to Brown Panther in a Group 3 over course and distance in May. He's bounced back well from injury this year and may have too much class for these.
