Verdict

Nigel Twiston-Davies won this last year with the useful Torpilo and GOA LIL runs in the same colours. He easily won a bumper in the French Provinces in August and is bred for jumping. Thyme White is also a French import, winning on the Flat as a two-year-old and placing twice over 1m2f this year. Goshen carries a penalty but is greatly respected as he rattled up a hat-trick on the level before easily landing the odds at Fontwell on his hurdles bow. The Pink’n also made a winning start to his jumps career at Newton Abbot, though that was back in July. Mr Chua was third at Catterick last month but this looks a better race.
