Verdict

Alltimegold won over hurdles at Ffos Las in June and is only 2lb higher but this softer ground is a worry. Wor Verge finally came good over timber at Hexham recently but has been raised 10lb and NEFYN POINT (NAP) is preferred. The latter was having his second start after wind surgery when posting his best effort over hurdles so far with a close-up fourth at Market Rasen and Donald McCain’s grey can come out best with any further progress. Kisumu finished runner-up over a longer trip here back in August while Juals Spirit was placed in a juvenile hurdle here more recently and goes handicapping for the first time.
