Verdict

DAREBIN was always holding fellow outsider Prairie Town at Kempton last month. He’s won three times around here and has a good overall strike-rate so can defy a 4lb rise in the weights. Gary Moore also run Antony but he may need this after a break. Awake At Midnight could figure if fully wound-up while Carlisle third Le Frank travels down from Scotland with decent claims. Paddy’s Poem is 3-6 over fences and has won his last two, though has gone up a further 5lb since scoring at Fakenham. Rock On Rocky and Un Beau Roman are both potentially well treated but in the veteran stage now and are not the forces of old. Johnbb was making his debut over fences when third at Aintree, however, and there should be plenty more to come.
