      Verdict

      EASTON ANGEL made a winning reappearance at York last month beating Gracious John. The latter had earlier beaten Ornate on the all-weather so Michael Dods’ grey filly looks to have leading claims on that line of form. Shadow Hunter and Lady Macapa also finished behind the selection at York while Shaden is having her first start since September when winning a Group 3 event at Ayr. Dhahmaan is penalised for winning a Listed event at Doncaster in October but Lil's Joy has yet to win a pattern race while the remainder have something to find on these terms.
