Verdict

Censored, Taaresh and Mr Hichens all come here on the back of a winning run and MR HICHENS is the selection. Mr Hichens has recently completed his hat trick and relishes give in the ground. Despite a six pound penalty and top weight he should not be overlooked and looks sure to go well. Crystal Rock trounced his field at Ripon last time but his ability to handle this sort of testing surface looks questionable. He ran disappointingly when encountering give in the ground in the past and he is taken on. After a promising debut run, Taaresh landed the odds in only workmanlike style at Ripon. He may be well handicapped but he is also likely to be a short price so is taken on the basis that his form does not justify it. Mr Hichens may not have come to the end of his winning run and can complete a four timer.
